I joined the Canberra Fitness Centre after a friend had highly recommended it! She had transformed her outlook on exercise so thought I’d give it a go. I was a little reluctant due to injuries but Jacqui and the team have been supportive and amazing and they’ve been modifying the workouts so I can still participate. I love the variety, the encouragement and that I can bring my kids if needed.
