This means you always have a qualified and well experienced Personal trainer there with you, who has developed a program for you to complete and providing any modifications where needed. It doesn’t matter if you have an injury, if you’re new to exercise or experienced with exercise, if you’re unfit or super fit we always have an option there for you.
With 16 group sessions a week to choose from, 1:1 personal training or small group PT sessions available, there is something for everyone.

Great classes at CFC. The trainers deliver their programs in a different way each week, so there’s no chance of getting bored. They know when to give you that little extra push.
