IT’S TIME TO BUMP IT UP!

Bump It Up is an exciting program of virtual or face to face fitness classes in Canberra for pre and post natal women. We teach you how to exercise throughout pregnancy and beyond. Bump It Up is high energy and helps you to stay active during your pregnancy and fit and strong postnatally.  It’s a safe way to continue exercising while pregnant and return to fitness without damaging your body after your baby is born. And you can do it in person or at home!

We give you an amazing workout while educating you on the changes happening in your body, all with a community of women who can encourage each other and help you through those difficult but exciting times!

PRE NATAL FITNESS

We understand how your body is changing as your baby grows and we also know that you still want a great workout. Our classes build your strength for labour and childbirth. And we take into account the pelvic floor issues, injuries and joint conditions that you may have as a pregnant woman, and give you personalised modifications to keep you safe. All of our classes are run through Zoom so you can safely work out at home or face to face at our private training studio in Mitchell, Canberra.

POST NATAL FITNESS

After your baby is born, you may feel pressure to “get your body back.” At Bump It Up, we don’t believe your body ever left! Rather than rushing you back to full strength and risking injury, we help you to build your body from the inside out through amazing workouts with modifications for your particular circumstances. These classes give you the strength you need to manage your new routines and sleepless nights. Our classes are a great place to meet other new mums and gain a support network.

WHO WE ARE

Jacqui is a mother of two small children and has been a personal trainer for over 11 years with a strong focus on pre and post natal fitness and education. She has her Cert III and Cert IV in fitness and has completed multiple pre & post natal training courses to expand her knowledge. She is also a Rehab Master Trainer with qualifications in Thump boxing and Studio pilates mat work, ball circle and band. Jacqui’s style is fun but firm. She knows your limits and challenges you to reach them! Jacqui’s classes are dynamic and leave you feeling great.
