OUR CLASSES

As well as running our classes face to face in our private studio in Mitchell, we’re also running all of our classes online and everyone is enjoying having the option on how they attend! The online sessions are run through Zoom and don’t require much equipment, but still guarantee you a great workout and a lot of fun.

SWEAT SESH

Looking to get your heart started? This session will certainly do that! Some strength work mixed in with plenty of body weight high intensity exercises – think circuits, tabata, AMRAPS and EMOMs. Sometimes even some boxing thrown in. If you like to get a sweat on, this one is for you!

MUSCLE ATTACK

Each session has a resistance portion that targets a certain muscle grouping. Over two weeks you will work through every area of the body with enough emphasis to build muscle.

CIRCUIT

Strength and cardio workout suited for everyone. There is a strong focus on perfecting functional movement.

BOOTY BARRE

This session is focused on strengthening the glutes to help prevent injury and have them look good in your jeans 😉 Your bottom will feel like it’s worked after every session.

HIIT FIT

A variety of fast paced, total body exercises designed to get the heart pumping and the sweat dripping.

CARDIO BARRE

The best of ballet, pilates and yoga with motivating music to make the workout fun. Your glutes, legs and core will get a great burn whilst getting a cardio workout at the same time.

POWER HOUR

Be prepared for a whole body, strength driven workout that will get your muscles pumping. Weights are highly recommended but not a necessity.

BRUTECAMP

A session combining both strength training and cardio, with a strong emphasis on form. You can expect in a session half strength training, followed by high intensity cardio.

BUMP IT UP

Bump It Up is high energy and helps you to stay active and get your heart rate pumping. It’s a safe way to continue exercising while pregnant and return to fitness without damaging your body after your baby is born.
