This recipe is a taste tester from our 12 week challenge. We wanted to show you a recipe from the challenge to show you how quick, easy and yummy they are!

1 scoop Protein Powder, chocolate

1 tbsp 100% Maple Syrup

¼ cup Oats, whole, rolled

¼ tbsp Chia Seeds

¼ tbsp Almond Butter

1 tbsp Goji Berries, dried

½ handful Almonds, raw, unsalted

1 cup Water

Note: Prepare night before.

Mix oats, almond butter, chia seeds, maple syrup & water in a small jar or dish. Soak in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add chocolate protein powder & stir till combined. You may add cacao (not cocoa) if you have some in your pantry. Sprinkle with crushed almonds & goji berries to serve.
