Held at our Mitchell studio, Canberra Fitness Centre’s bootcamp sessions are fast paced, challenging training sessions using bodyweight, free weights, ropes, kettlebells and many other pieces of equipment to supercharge your results. Your trainer is  able to scale all movements to cater for beginners, injuries or any weaknesses.


Boxfit sessions are enjoyable cardio boxing classes for beginners to advanced. The focus of these sessions is boxing for fitness. We’re not training you to be in the ring so expect to be throwing a lot of punches, body weight exercises and getting a sweat on!
