I am the owner of Canberra Fitness Centre (previously known as PT2U), and have been a trainer for almost 10 years.

I ended up in the fitness industry after almost having a midlife crisis at 23 years old. I love helping people and my now husband said to me at the time “why don’t you go do your PT course?” and I haven’t looked back.

I love helping people achieve their goals. I hate it when people rule their worth by what the scales say, so when a person’s attitude towards themselves starts to change and they start having self-love towards themselves, that’s the biggest reward.

I have my Cert III and IV in Fitness, and certification in pre and postnatal, Primal Movement Chains – Dr Perry Nickeltson (Stop Chasing Pain), Tony Boutagy – BFI Level 1 – GPP Theory, Rehab essentials, rehab masterclass, Thump boxing, Studio pilates matwork and ball, circle and band.
